Compensation: $42,000 to $60,000+ Total Earnings

What You’ll Bring
- At least 1 year of residential HVAC service experience or strong foundational HVAC knowledge
- Strong customer service and people skills — you enjoy helping homeowners understand their comfort options

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, IAQ products)
- Present homeowners with clear repair and replacement options
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and clients — delivering 5‑star service every time
- Document job notes, estimates, and invoices in ServiceTitan
- Bring a positive attitude, honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic
Physical Capabilities
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other confined areas
- Stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods
- Work safely in various outdoor weather conditions
- Use tools and equipment requiring strong manual dexterity
