What You Will Do:
- Pre‑measure job sites to prepare for installations
- Install plumbing equipment to code, manufacturer specs, and company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well‑stocked truck
- Provide accurate invoices, timecards, and option sheets
- Work directly with customers to design solutions that fit their needs and budget
- Deliver exceptional service and represent Bassett with professionalism
What You Bring
- 2+ years of residential in‑home plumbing experience
- Indoor and outdoor residential plumbing experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to present options and build value at the table with the homeowner
- A team‑first mindset and pride in your craft
